How To Beat A Hangover
There are essentially two ways in which you can take on a potential hangover. The stare it straight in the face and conquer it... or the Frenchy technique of bending over and letting it have its way with you. Now there will be some days where you will not be able to function at all because you will be messed up, it's a given.
BUT In my experience, you have to get up and do something or you'll feel like shit all day. A good strategy is to not lay down unless you plan on sleeping (sleeping will cure ya). Eventhough it might hurt, you should really try and eat something in small doses. Greasy food goes down good but could ultimately hurt you in the long run. It has been shown scientifically though that eggs can reduce your hangover effects. Also a peanut butter, honey, and banana sandwich might be your best bet.
I am a big fan of the take a shower to rinse away the sins from the night before. In particular I like to blast the cold to wake myself up and then heat myself up again with hot water. Repeat.
Then after pumping yourself full of vitamins and water, take a nap. If you can.
Necessary Hangover Items
- Gatorade (replenish those electrolytes)
- Advil/Tylenol
- Water lots of it.
- Caffeine (later on)
- Alka Seltzer Morning Relief.
You may think that continuing to drink is a good idea. Although it will definitely delay the hangover, it will only in the end make it worse.
Greasy Moves Involving A Hangover Induced Friend
Greasey moves involving a hangover induced friend would be driving really fast around corners after eating chinease buffet or taking him deep sea fishing.
NOTE: May have been extremely hungover writing this. Mind the gaps.

- Mr. Wisers has induced many a hangover on me. My goal is for my life is to be sponsored by Wisers.
